But for me the shape I’m in, I’ll say I’m in much better shape, so I think 9.6 seconds definitely.”Bolt’s world record for the 100 is 9.58 seconds. He ran 9.79 in clinching his third world championships title last year in Beijing. As for his preferred 200, Bolt said he and coach Glen Mills had been pleased with the work they had been doing on the bend after some “rust” in London, when he ran 19.89.“We’ve been doing a lot of work since I’ve been here, everything has been going well, I’ve been feeling great and I have no problem so I’m happy with the progress I’m making,” he said.“It was just rust for me, having not run the 200 in over a year pretty much, but now I’ve familiarized myself back with the work, and it’s just about going out there and executing.”Share this:FacebookRedditTwitterPrintPinterestEmailWhatsAppSkypeLinkedInTumblrPocketTelegram The Rio 2016 Olympic Games began on Wednesday night with a women’s football match played in front of a sparse Olympic Stadium crowd. Beat writers predict LSU to blow out Syracuse

first_imgSam Blum (3-0): LSU 35 Syracuse 7Gold StandardSyracuse’s perfectly imperfect start to the season has a reality check with a blowout loss to Louisiana State. Syracuse’s defense will keep it close for the first half, but it will be Tigers fans drinking the Dome dry by game’s end.Jesse Dougherty (2-1): LSU 49, Syracuse 10MeowSyracuse scratches for a touchdown and field goal once LSU pumps the brakes, but it’s way too late. Leonard Fournette does a few Leonard Fournette things and, well, that’s a wrapMatt Schneidman (3-0): LSU 42, Syracuse 10UntamedA once-fifth-stringer now starting for Syracuse plus the best running back in the country playing for LSU equals nothing good for the Orange. Leonard Fournette will be relaxing on the sideline well before this game is over and the Tigers prove SU can’t take down a big boy just yet.Paul Schwedelson (3-0): LSU 42, Syracuse 3LS-PhewThe only successful thing that can come out of this game for Syracuse is that its remaining quarterbacks stay healthy, providing a silver lining to a game that will otherwise be out of control.
