Upon arrival, deputies located a black male (17 years of age) lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound. Orange County Fire/Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased. This is the second shooting in Plymouth this month.The facts and circumstances leading up to the shooting are unclear at this time. Orange County Sheriff’s Office investigators are responding to the scene to conduct a follow-up investigation.The suspect description is limited to a black male who may have fled the area.Anyone with information is asked to call the Orange County Sheriff’s Office at 407-254-7000 or Crime Line at 1-800-432-TIPS.The OCSO did not release the gunshot victim’s name.This is an ongoing investigation, and no other details were given by OCSO.
